Your massage session will take place in a warm, comfortable, private, quiet room. You will lie on a table especially designed for your comfort.
How often should I receive a massage?

What is a Licensed Massage Therapist?
A Licensed Massage Therapist has met the requirements of an accredited massage school and the state's licensing division. Renewal of the license requires continuing education each year.
Will the massage therapist be present when I disrobe?
The massage therapist will leave the room while you undress, relax onto the table, and cover yourself with a clean sheet and blanket.
I would like to get a massage but I am so self-conscious... is there anything I can do?
Massage therapists are educated on the muscular system and the way the body works and can heal itself. There is no judgment regarding your body or your pain and stress issues. It is vital that you feel comfortable in order for massage to be truly effective. Getting massage may help you to feel less self conscious and more accepting of yourself and your body, over time.
Do I have to get completely undressed?
You should undress to the level you are comfortable. For a full body massage, you may choose to get completely undressed or leave your underwear on - either way is fine. You will undress and get on the table in privacy and you will be draped during the entire massage. Only the area being worked on will be exposed.
What parts of my body will be massaged?
A typical full-body session will include work on your back, arms, legs, feet, hands, head, neck, and shoulders.
